Title: Seeking Opinions: Compensation for Training Jr Derby NSOs?
Post by: StabbyMcNeedles on January 13, 2013, 01:39:41 am
I have been working with a group of junior derby parents who are looking to get trained in NSO roles to help their kids' league as well as helping them to staff their bouts. After talking for 20 minutes or so, I got the last question I ever expected to hear in derby: "So what can we do for you for helping out? Should we pay you?"

Does anyone have any experience in what would be appropriate? If I was traveling to do this, I would say gas money, but I won't be.
