If a THO had to work a game or two during a tournament how would they record it on their WFTDA Game History to get credit for working that particular game?

You would just enter it like you would any other game.

Let's say for example, you were THR for a tournament and you ended up working two games as an HR.

Your game history would have three entries:  One as THR and two as HR.

I just found this in the instructions tab. Maybe it'll help:

"If you were a Tournament Head Official or Games Officer, make one entry for the entire tournament rather than listing all the games held during that tournament."

So I'd guess you do one entry for the tournament as THR, then an additional entry for each game you worked.

I know some things, but there's a lot more I don't know.

I understand what you are saying after reading your posts.  But to me it would of seemed to be simpler and more accurate if one would put THR under Position and under additional position worked you could put what ever position you worked.  That way it would be the same as when one worked as a CHR for a tournament and lets say an IPR for a game/s. Not sure how to record yourself as a THR for a tournament that had WFTDA and MRDA games.  Sanctioned, Regulation and Other games.  How do you take care of recording all of that?? Or since it's just a one line entry do you pick the highest type game?

This is the official wftda sample game history. I would advise that you mirror this as close as you can, and for examples outside of that, just add lines for the games worked and keep one line for the tournament.

For me personally it is important that the TH count match the number of events, and the non TH stuff match the number of games so the counts will be correct.
