Also... A new feature, that this post will serve as a test for. I added a "you" tag. That inserts the users name in place of the tag.

If it works, this sentence will be directed at you, [you].

I already don't like it, based on the previous posts.
Hey look, a search function! Right up there! No on the left

Perhaps we should all spend a little more time reading and a little less time making shit up.

It freaked me out at first. I was like "Why is Wood directing this sentence at me!?"

Same here. Unless it's obvious that it's a statement directed at every single reader, I think it could seem like a personal attack.

It's kinda like madlib. Remember that time [you] couldn't call a track cut to save his life?

LOL!!! :D  Track Cutting calls are one thing I think I'm actually good at - except for maybe those ones on the outside of the track when I'm serving in Jam Ref capacity.

Well ... at any rate ... I hope I didn't unintentionally breach any message board etiquette.  I simply like to give credit where credit is due.

Out of curiosity, what is the practical application of this feature?

As far as I know, none. I figured I would add it and see if a use came of it. If there is no use, or it gets abused, it's very easy to remove.

Ok, are you guys expecting me to confirm something here?

All I'm seeing is, "If it works, this sentence will be directed at you, Bishop" and "Testing, Bishop."

Now, if I go to quote you, I see "If it works, this sentence will be directed at you, [ you ]." and "Testing, [ you ] ."

It is working, I don't need anyone to test it or confirm that it is working.

I was really confused for a minute.  I thought everyone was talking about me, and that Joe forgot I'm a woman.  Now that I understand what the hell is going on...I also wonder what the use of the thing is?  Not complaining, just curious as to why someone invented it, or if anyone here has an idea of how we could benefit from it.

I am too, which is why I installed it. I have a little hesitation with it, but I'm curious enough to try it out.

Yeah, I see.  I was expecting it to do something like the opposite.

Fun - I'm confident I'll find a practical use for it.

Thought of another good pranky way to use it... but not a useful one yet.

Major Wood runs Zebra Huddle (with the help of some friends) now did I type Major Wood or [you]... hmm... Major Wood wouldn't know know... unless he quoted it... or some other easy things. Anyway, I really want to think of a legitimate use for this.

I got one!

Hey [you], I've been hearing you're an awesome ref and I would like you to come to my town on [date] are you available?

I suppose this is as good of place as any:

Thanks [you], for all your refereeing tips and advice.  I wouldn't be half the ref I am now without your help!

(funny, because it's true)  ;D
