The Pennsylvania All-Stars (the “PA All-Stars”) are excited to announce that we are hosting the “Battle of the All-Stars II” tournament in conjunction with the Bux-Mont Roller Derby Dolls of Hatfield, PA on February 6th, 7th, and 8th, 2015. The tournament will follow a double elimination bracket schedule with cash prizes being distributed for first, second, and third places.

The PA All-Stars were formed in 2011 by Vanessa “V-Diva” Sites of the Philly Roller Girls. We are comprised of a rotating roster of approximately 40 skaters from multiples leagues within the state of PA. The PA All-Stars are committed to athleticism and sportsmanship, raising awareness about and furthering the sport of roller derby as a State team.

Due to last year’s tournament success, the PA All-Stars received numerous inquiries from teams all over the United States expressing interest in participating in the Battle of the All-Stars II. So, we have decided to open up registration to all states. However, only the first ten states to register will be accepted.

The below FAQ document for the tournament will provide you with all of the tournament details and hopefully provide you with answers to any questions you may have. If you should have any further questions, however, please do not hesitate to contact us for assistance.

Combining different skaters and levels of skating from across each state to compete against other states doing the same thing is a unique way to bring leagues together to share skating skills/techniques and game play strategies. Plus, it is a fun way to compete against skaters that you may not have had or will not have an opportunity to do so against. So we really hope that you will participate!

We look forward to hearing back from you as soon as possible and will be watching for your registrations!

Thank you!
