Fox 40 replacement mouth grip

I've got a Fox 40 finger whistle and lanyard whistle, both with Comfort Mouth Grips. Since I tend to bite down, I find the CMG very necessary, but also now they're pretty torn up. I've been trying to find a way to order replacement grips, which I heard was a thing you could do. Anyone know where to get them, or if you even can?

I know some things, but there's a lot more I don't know.

AFAIK, you can't order replacement grips.  The manufacturer doesn't sell them.

Personally, I just take baby bottle nipples and cut them up to make new grips.

You cannot purchase a genuine replacement grip. Fox doesn't sell them, for any of their product line.

I had a metal NHL w grip whistle (much to Joe's displeasure), ~US$15, and found this out. I expressed my unhappiness with their policy, and the kind woman in Customer Service mailed me a replacement whistle.
You will bout as you practice.

If you chew your whistles as much as I do (which I assume you do, since you're asking,) you will probably find any sort of replacement grip to be disappointing. I've tried the baby bottle nipple replacement, and find they last less than a month before needing replacement. This is compared to at least six months out of a new CMG.

I've settled on the easiest solution is to just buy a new one, and try to chew my whistles less.
