Interesting read. It seems like WFTDA has tried to integrate some of the philosophy into the written rules, especially the "advantage gained" philosophy.

And safety first.
The only issue I didn't see directly addressed was protecting the flow of the game. The article did allude to it by pointing out that if all penalties were called the game would run four hours long.
