help for a new hnso

hello everyone :)
im a new hnso for my league, and in order to help a fellow skater to buy new skates, we decided to organize a fundraising ref/nso clinic.
i have to give a 1h lecture about the nso positions. As nsos yourself, can you tell me what is the main aspects that you would like to see in a class like this?
my main problem is that, if i talk about all the paperwork would be really boring, and i only have 1 hour to speak.
we have schedule practical exercises later with the refs and doing a mini scrimmage also.
thanks everyone

We use these as staring point for our NSOs.

You could definitely use the HNSO guide which has cheet sheets and full instructions on all the positions to narrow your talking points.

I play devils advocate a lot, it is always because I desire a complete understanding of the rule/scenario. I do make changes to my reffing often as a direct result of discussions resulting in a consensus. Particularly if it is contrary to my previous understanding.
